Regeneration
And now the time has past,
faded…
a non-existent love affair
playing on in my minds eye.
Was it I who was wrong,
being positive?
Now the wind whistles through an empty heart
floating in the vortex,
stuck…
in the vortex.
I created a new life with old structures,
past memories…
now I find I have to rebuild anew,
changing.
Bouncing back for the hundredth time,
a hundred times stronger
with an ever increasing faith
in God…
in love’s purity hidden behind horror
for all who can see
to see…
to be a witness.
I, the witness,
become the judge in my search…
for the verdict.
