- Intro: Alice had crush, but doesn't everyone

Sometimes when I’m really stressed I think about falling. I often have this temptation to throw myself of a building just to get the release you can receive from being completely weightless for a second. It’s like when you read Alice in wonderland and she falls down the rabbit hole, she seems to be relaxed and happy. People often say that I’m like Alice in wonderland but that’s what happens when you’re Imaginative and your name is Alice. Falling is a beautiful thing it really is, it’s just hitting the ground that’s not pleasant.
Every morning when I get up I do the exact same things in the exact same order; I am a stickler for change. When I awake I always get out of the right side of my bed, (metaphorically and literally) then I take a shower and use my snow fairy shower gel. Then I get dressed. Today I decided to wear a white top and denim dungarees, the ones with the little shorts. I pulled on my pale yellow converse low tops and ran a brush through my knotty red hair. Once I had finished all of this I packed my school satchel and then put on my pale yellow converse low tops and ran a brush through my knotty red hair. Once I had finished all of this I packed my school satchel and then put on my eyeliner and a bit of lip balm. My mum was waiting downstairs and she had made me a cup of tea, I then put my cereal in the bowl and poured on some of that cookie dough milkshake, once I had finished all of my morning routine I said goodbye to my mum and left for school.
Jack was waiting on the corner, sometimes I imagined that Jack waited on the corner for me. I’d come down the road from my house and then we’d walk off together hand in hand, but this never happened as I came up the road from my house and watched Jack and Genevieve walk off together hand in hand. I arrived at Joe’s house and he was rushing around trying to find his shoe “If you were organised like me Joe, you would be able to find it” I laughed he looked up at me as Rory, his little sister came bounding up to tell him that the dog had been eating his shoe. Finally we left and Joe started the day with a coffee stained essay and a half eaten shoe. “Well this is just bloody marvellous isn’t it, Mr Reach is bound to make me do my essay again and I will have to spend my wages on a new pair of shoes, sometimes I wish I could be OCD like you Ali” he mumbled as he brushed off the crumbs he was making from his toast “I’m not OCD I’m just organised” I protested.
Joe and I had been best friends since as long as I can remember. We met at play group when Joe massacred another girls dolls, I wasn’t really like all the other girls I was very tom-boy. As we got older Joe started to make friends who were boys and he wouldn’t let me play with them, they all said I looked like a girl, dressed like a girl and even smelled like a girl so I had to play with girls. When we went up to secondary school we were inseparable and we had been ever since. Well nearly until he got a girlfriend.
Mollie stood by the gates in Jeans and slipknot T-shirt, that was what Joe liked about her, she was incredibly pretty and feminine, with perfect hair and perfect nails and at first glance you would think you could find her in a salon or out shopping in Oxford street, but then when you got to know her you realised Mollie would swap Oxford street for a mosh pit any day. The thought of it made me shudder. “Hey Alice, Hello Joe” she greeted us and then I stood waiting for them to finish kissing so we could go into school, but in the end I gave up and went alone. I saw Jack sat on the wall with Genevieve and she ran off to the girl’s room with her friends. Once she had left Jacked jumped off the wall and sauntered over to me “Hi Alice, do you know Sam is having a party tonight?” I nodded, everyone knew Sam was having a party tonight and everyone was going, Sam’s parties were epic and each one was differently themed, tonight’s party was going to be in the meadow at the back of his house. “Yeah, so I was wondering if you are urm going” I nodded again, I even had my outfit picked out and everything, right down the colour of my nails “Genevieve isn’t coming and I thought as we like live close, I could give you a lift” I nodded once more “So can we say seven?” I smiled and nodded for the last time “You’re very quiet Alice” he laughed before he walked off to speak to Will and Jez.
