- Intro: The uncertainty of a love undeclared.
Standing there like that
Looking at your feet and wondering
Why this day has to be this cold
Feeling shy about it all
Sitting here looking up at you
Listening hard for your heartbeat, wondering
what it would take to hold your hand this way
Feeling shy about it all
The little ilicit gifts
Furtively sneaked at odd breaks
The simple inadvertent smiles
Painting clealy the desire of the soul
Words are strangled in my throat
I shall not regret the missed chance
Fiddling with a pen for want of so much
Feeling shy about it all
That smile is bound to fade
A sigh escapes- of wishes imploding
Knowing you've caught me where it pains
And feeling shy about it all
Turn- I raise a hand
I want to fling echoes on all the world's walls
You horizontally put a finger accross your lips
Feeling shy about it all
Hush! My very soul seems to say
I nod, without an inkling what about
Hopping, another turn and we may be there
Feeling shy about it all
