Intro: A poem I wrote making *Love a drug

I am your drug that covers up your pain

But never were you addicted to me

You only took a hit of me whenever you felt alone

Just drunk in your own fantasy world

Having me a step behind "Your boys" and "Your girl"

I am your watered down drug

So weak and unreliable to you that you don't get high enough

But foolish me,

I continue to feed you my poison

That is all the *Love in my body

But then you move on to bigger, better, stronger

Liquid drugs that you inject into your body

Quicky running into you veins

Giving you that high you crave

But unlike me, the high they give you doesnt last long

You start to comedown off their Immitation *Love

Then you start you remember who was your first high

And come running back to me, evertime

Just for me to continue to give you my drug I call *Love

Something you simply cannot live without
