- Intro: It's a poem about one of those days.
The rain falls to Earth
And forms a puddle,
That I step into and send ripples
And waves to its encircling shores.
The puddle evaporates in the sun
And forms a depression,
That I stumble into,
Forcing vulgar expressions from my encircling lips.
The rain falls to the Earth again
And fills the pothole to its brim
I sidestep the mire
Only to step in dog shit,
That now encircles the sole of my left shoe.
